Coming from a family of wood professionals working for several generations in the world of oak, Nicolas and Carole Tarteret founded in 1990 NT Bois, the French oak specialist in the service of oenology.

Rigorously selected trees and wood
NT Bois buys standing trees from the best French oak forests. Our professional buyers select the best forests thanks to a step-by-step estimate, while taking care to optimize the material and preserve the forest. A know-how of more than 30 years in the exploitation of oak wood destined for aging wines.

Today, NT Bois has 48 employees. Logging more than 45,000 m3 of logs each year and produces 2,500 m3 of staves. NT Bois has been able to establish a privileged and lasting relationship with its French and international customers, by offering them regularity of supply, reliability, and respecting its commitments.
